Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CoproHub mobile app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard EULA also applies and, where it conflicts with these Terms, prevails.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the app store rules you downloaded it from.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you post in the app - issue reports, photos, messages, documents, announcements, and votes. By posting, you grant us the right to store that content and show it to the members of your building and, where relevant, the contractor assigned to a job. Do not post content that is unlawful or that violates the rights of others.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the app and for any decisions you make based on information in it. CoproHub is a coordination tool; it does not replace legal, financial, or professional advice on managing a co-ownership. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor, and we are not responsible for the quality of their work.

Subscriptions

CoproHub offers auto-renewing subscriptions for building administrators, priced by building size. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. Co-owners and contractors use the app for free.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other buildings' data, reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law, or use it to violate the rights of others.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
